We recently moved into a home that had a water softener installed and we were not familiar with how to use it. The softener hadn't been used in awhile so we weren't sure it was working. Vince at Service Pros came over and thoroughly went over the settings. He also took the time to answer another question I had regarding our kitchen sink. I appreciated how friendly Vince was and his customer service - he wore a mask and shoe covers in the house as well. Definitely will be calling Service Pros if we need any further help with our plumbing or softener!

Mark with Service Pros came to the house to do an initial full-house inspection of our plumbing. As new, first time house owners, I had zero issues paying for this service fee, though most plumbers do free quotes.The value of Mark going through the whole house plumbing features, educating me along the way, taking digital photos and notes for later reference (if need be), and pointing out potential issues that could arise, far outpriced the actual service fee. I left the consult more knowledgeable about my house. Even more, I saw how detailed oriented and educated Mark is (definitely a distinguishing factor than other plumbers I have worked with). It is evident that Mark puts integrity and customer service first. As someone who knows nothing about plumbing, Mark has undoubtedly become a trusted source of knowledge and expertise.Another thing that I appreciated was how efficient he was, even while being extremely thorough. He was not here to sell but to educate on options - including Service Pro membership options. His business acumen is centered around the customer experience and trust, and it shows in the best way.We are working with Service Pros to re-build a bathroom back in our basement. We decided to go with Service Pros because of the first experience, and investment in knowing that you are getting a plumber that is not just trying to check the box on a job but one that will do it right and with care. The project will require demoing the floor to re-piping and repositioning the drain. Service Pros will also be installing a toilet, sink, and shower. Though this is a big undertaking, I have no doubt that Service Pros are the ones to do the job right the first time. I am confident calling Mark because he has taken the time to get to know our house, our plumbing needs, and personal preferences.I look forward to updating my review once our basement bathroom has been completed by Service Pros!

After calling three different plumbers, who were very nice but could not take my business for a week, Service Pros was able to come fix our shower handle (so that we could stop the water!) within the same day, and just a couple hours after calling.
